Pasta quills served with Italian sausage mince, rosemary, garlic, cherry plum tomatoes, chilli, red onions, white wine and tomato sauce.

Pasta bows with button mushrooms, white wine and cream served with a pesto of basil roasted piment, garlic, Parmesan, parsley and butter.

Egg pasta parcels filled with butternut squash, Parmesan, amaretto biscuit, apricot kernels served with Pani’s Bolognese, peas and cream sauce.

Pan-fried Luccanica sausage ring with a black pepper and fennel seeds, with a smoked pancetta, potatoes, black olives, garlic, chilli, Roman artichokes, white wine and tomato sauce. Served on a bed of fresh spinach.

Chicken breast pan-fried with spicy diced Tuscan sausage, peas, garlic, white wine and cream sauce. Served on a bed of fresh spinach. also served with a salad or chips.

DESSERT WINE – VINSANTO PASSITO (50ml) £3.95

An orange-red colour with violet flashes: it is rich with a good structure and full softness and elegance on the nose. In the mouth it explodes with a rich sweetness and flavours of toasted almonds, sugared fruits and honey.
