Tiger prawns pan-fried with garlic, chilli, cherry tomatoes, paprika, coriander, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil. Served on carasao bread and fresh rocket.

A smooth king prawn, vegetable, fresh herb, garlic, chilli, white wine and tomato & cream bisque. Served with a scallop, prawn, ricotta & mascarpone cheese ravioli, sprinkled with bottarga.

SUCCHIETTI £9

Pasta spirals with char-grilled diced aubergines, garlic, basil, onions and rustic plum tomato sauce. Sprinkled with pecorino cheese.

Handmade pasta parcels filled with roasting suckling pork roasted onion, black pepper and potato. Served with a butter pan-fried garlic, rosemary and white wine sauce. Also served on a bed of fresh rocket and crushed walnuts.

Three lamb cutlets pan-fried with smoked pancetta, potatoes, Roman artichokes and rosemary on a bed of garlic and lentils. served with a red wine and tomato gravy.

PUDDA FUNGHI £14

Chicken breast pan-fried with mushrooms, garlic, fresh spinach, marsala wine and cream sauce. Served with a salad or chips.

CARAMELLE £13

Handmade pasta parcels filled with prawns, ricotta cheese, lemon zest and parsley. Served with a pan-fried garlic, chilli, cherry plum tomatoes, capers, parsley, butter and white wine sauce. Sprinkled with bottarga.

PUDDA RUSTICA £14

Chicken breast pan-fried with smoked pancetta, garlic, chilli, white wine, black olives, onions, rustic plum tomato sauce and fresh spinach. Served with a salad or chips.

DESSERT WINE – VINSANTO PASSITO (50ml) £3.95

An orange-red colour with violet flashes: it is rich with a good structure and full softness and elegance on the nose. In the mouth it explodes with a rich sweetness and flavours of toasted almonds, sugared fruits and honey.
