Le Argille – Cabernet di Cabernet 2018

Pani's Italian restaurant has excellent wines , food and very attentive staff . All this at is a very reasonable charge. What I find amazing in this day and age is the fact that no service is automatically added to the bill and is left entirely at the customers discretion . Anyone not leaving a gratuity should search their conscience .

Love this place. Staff are friendly and helpful, the food is wonderful and the wines are excellent. Can't wait to go back again. Calamari was particularly amazing - it just melted. Arriabiata was lovely and spicy but very filling. Great portions.

Great welcome and excellent service. We ordered some olives and bruschetta to start which were very tasty and nicely presented. All four mains were superb, all chosen from the Panis house specialities menu. A bottle of house red was served at the perfect temperature and was enjoyed by the whole table. Thank you. We will be back.

Another lovely pre-theatre meal, this time with my sister and niece. The food is always excellent, no matter what I choose. I very rarely go anywhere else.

Pani's is delicious food, beautifully prepared. You can tell the staff love their restaurant and thieir food. The restaurant has a lovely hip and cosy setting, largely tucked away on a lower floor. The only thing I find hard is it can be noisy and then I struggle to hear my friend's conversations (most people don't find it a problem though). Despite that I always try to come when I'm in Newcastle, it's a real treat!

Another very enjoyable meal. There was an excellent choice on the menu and the food itself was very well prepared and presented. Service was efficient without trying to hurry us along. Thought the final cost was very fair for the food and service.

We returned here to celebrate a friends 70th birthday and as usual it was perfect! Food is delicious with a great selection, staff are very polite and attentive. We all love it here and will be back . Highly recommend this restaurant (best in town)
